Types of missions

The test range spans 25 000 square kilometers and includes open waters, littoral zones and land areas. The test range allows for a straight trajectory of up to 115 nautical miles (more than 200 kilometers), which can be extended if necessary, and this enables us to support over-the-horizon missions, end-to-end testing of weapon and sensor systems and full-scale operational training exercises.

We can support missions such as (but not limited to):

• Aircraft system testing
• Drop tests
• Tests of boosters and rocket motors, including hypersonic versions
• Test of missile seekers
• Tests of drones, including operational training
• GBAD test and operational training
