Kameraovervåkning i Børvågen

Andøya Spaceport AS har til tider behov for å benytte seg av kameraovervåkning i Børvågen og områdene rundt. Området strekker seg i en radius på 2,3 km fra romhavnenes Pad A. Se kart (grønn markering).
I henhold til Lov om behandling av personopplysninger (personopplysningsloven) artikkel 6 er det krav om at minst ett av vilkårene i nr. 1 er oppfylt.

Overvåkningen skjer hovedsakelig på grunn av sikring av liv og helse, og trening tilknyttet dette. Hjemmelsgrunnlaget er hentet fra Personopplysningsloven artikkel 6, nr. 1d.

Videoopptakene lagres i 7 dager, med mindre hendelser eller andre faktorer gjør at opptakene må lagres lenger.

Dersom du er berørt, har du rett til innsyn i opptak av deg selv. Opptakene begrenses kun til den som krever innsyn. Fremvisning vil bli gjort på Andøya Spaceport sine lokaler. Krav om innsyn må fremsettes før slettefristen (7 dager).

Comments

Gravity Forms


This website uses the premium WordPress plugin, Gravity Forms by Rocketgenius, which allows us to create custom web forms. Forms on this website are used to collect information. We store the data you provide to us in our database for six (6) months and we do not share this with anyone. Your IP address is anonymized on form submission, and all entries are automatically deleted after given time. You may request a copy of submitted data at any time and you may request that we delete the data you provide to us.
